Jess is a Bay Area native, born and raised in the vibrant city of South San Francisco, California. For Jess, the Bay Area is more than just a location—it's a place she proudly calls home. Growing up, her mother played a pivotal role in shaping her life, surrounded by a massive extended family whose love and support knew no bounds. In her heart, Jess carries the essence of a tight-knit community that has instilled in her a deep sense of belonging.

Currently serving as a Regional Project Coordinator at Edgewood Center for Children and Families, a non-profit mental health agency in the Bay Area, Jess has found her calling to work closely with the community. Her passion for making a positive impact and connecting with others makes LINK x LOU the perfect outlet in her current role. 

When she’s not dedicating her time to her career, Jess finds solace and fulfillment through activities that nurture her personal growth and spirituality. Journaling serves as a gateway to self-reflection and a deeper connection with their faith. Additionally, Jess enjoys babysitting and petsitting for wonderful families and finding joy in the peace it brings her. 

The cultural tapestry of the Bay Area has always fascinated Jess. Jess once heard the Bay Area referred to as a love bubble and she wouldn’t describe it any other way. While the Bay Area is a place where love and acceptance thrive, her hometown of South San Francisco holds a special place in her heart. Every corner of the city is filled with cherished memories, and Jess treasures the sense of belonging and the small-town community feel that coexists with the urban energy.

Jess’s spirit animal is a deer because a deer symbolizes kindness, unconditional love, and the ability to find pockets of peace in life's journey. These qualities serve as a guiding light, reminding Jess to spread love and embrace the serenity that comes her way.
