BOOK A PRIVATE PARTY
LINK x LOU is not only a jewelry brand, it’s an experience. When you invite us to your party, we bring the experience to you, in the comfort of your own home. We thrive on special occasions, but a girls’ night is just as important to us as the big day. Regardless of the reason, an event with LINK x LOU is always a celebration.
The beauty of a private party is intimacy. We get to know you & your people in your true environment while providing something totally unique & fun. Parties require a minimum of five guests making a purchase. The bonus? The host receives a 20% discount on all jewelry going on their body.
Adding us to your guest list comes with minimal effort on your end. All we ask for is an outlet, a table & chairs, & some good lighting, which we all know & love. This is explained more in-depth in our beloved host letter. Other than that, you party, we link. As a host, you have no reason to worry about us. We’re happy to go with your flow & serve as the main act or just an added bonus. Guests get linked one at a time & once everyone gets their gold, we’re out of your hair. Unless, of course, we’re having too much fun. This is common, but keep in mind we never link & drink ;)
Link parties are what you make of them! We love to chat with you ahead of time to hear more about your special event & how we can curate the best experience for you & your guests. You can always count on us to provide great vibes & beautiful jewelry, the rest is up to you!
LINK x LOU also partners with local businesses in a pop-up setting — find a pop-up through the "attend a pop-up" link below to get linked!
HOST A POP-UP
Pop-ups pop off. Partnering with LINK x LOU is an experience you won’t regret. As a small business, we are always eager to collaborate with other brands to create hype. Whether female-founded, climate-positive or loved locally, client crossover is inevitable. We pop up with pride & are happy to represent you & your brand just as much as our own. The pop-up side of our business revolves around event efficiency & big reach in a condensed amount of time.
By lending us space in your shop, salon, or studio, we maximize our impact by bringing new & recurring faces in the door. The pop-up version of the Link experience is short & sweet, but just as special as a private party. Appointments are booked in 15-30-minute intervals, allowing ample time for the linker to guide guests through size, fit & the hardest part, picking their chain. This gives the linkee a taste of the full LxL experience & extends an invite for private parties or future pop-ups. It’s perfect for the on-the-go gal or guy who is interested in getting Linked & needs to witness the magic before committing to a party or becoming a repeat pop-up goer.
Keep in mind, this is not our first rodeo. We have perfected the pop-up adventure & know how to draw a crowd. All we need from you is a small spot in your shop to make ours for the day or a handful of chosen hours. The rest comes naturally! Our partnerships are curated based on ethical ethos, clientele, & most importantly, the confidence that we will deliver a memorable experience. After all, permanent jewelry is meant to last. We care about the relationship we’re building with you just as much as the person sitting in our chair, so the more we can collaborate, the better. Let's link up!
THE LINK X LOU EXPERIENCE
MEET OUR LINKERS
Originally from Kansas City, Catie is a recent Denver transplant with no desire to ever leave Colorado! After attending Kansas State University with her lifelong friend and founder of LINK x LOU, Catie spent five years as a manager at Nordstrom on Michigan Ave. This midwest gem left Chicago city life amidst the pandemic to rediscover that she’s really a mountain girl at heart - boy are we glad to have her! Catie has implemented the skills she acquired in her previous role to set the standard for customer relations at LxL. Because of her bubbly nature and cute appearance, Catie’s spirit animal is Australia’s quokka, also known as the happiest animal in the world.
Catie loves LxL jewelry because it is effortless and chic. It's the most unique concept she has seen in a long time yet in the same way, it’s timeless. She appreciates the sentiment behind most of the reasons why our clients Link themselves with their friends and family.
Fun fact: Catie is the youngest of four girls! Yes, her dad is a saint :)
Born and raised in Boulder, CO, Lindsay left home for a decade to explore other cities before returning to her Rocky Mountain roots. Post-grad, the University of Kansas alum got swept up in midwest culture and moved to Chicago with fellow Jayhawks. Shortly after, Lindsay pursued her dream life in sunny Los Angeles and landed a career in the fashion industry. With an immense appreciation for the beach and all things outdoors, Lindsay traded palm trees for pine trees and has recently rekindled her love for mountain adventures including backpacking, skiing, hiking, and camping.
When she’s not sharing the LxL experience or traveling, Lindsay can be found immersed in Denver’s evolving food and beverage scene. Cooking, crafting, live music, aunt life, and mountain getaways with her boyfriend and friends are her favorite free-time activities. With Denver as a major hub for big-city transplants, she enjoys meeting new people and attending the city’s growing art and music festivals and events. Lindsay’s spirit animal is a flamingo. Seafood, feathers, water, and pink are the most prevalent commonalities, as well as dancing in large flocks.
Lindsay fell in love with LxL at first sight. Determined to become a part of the brand, she quickly learned it was a match made in heaven, and so much more than what meets the eye. Gratitude is the attitude! A team of genuine, talented individuals with unique skill sets and backgrounds who share one vision is a dream come true. From product to principle, LxL sets the standard for permanent jewelry everywhere. Repping sparkly jewelry every day is just an added perk ;)
Fun fact: Lindsay can pogo stick and jump rope at the same time.
This girl found her heart in Denver, but her roots are in the Midwest. Cat grew up in the small town of Brainerd, Minnesota. Passionate about all things creative, Cat pursued a degree in Fine Arts at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. In 2007, her free spirit was seeking adventure, so she packed her car & headed towards the Rocky Mountain air. Cat has spent the last 15 years pursuing projects that allow her creativity to flourish. Her professional titles range from freelance photographer to CEO of Johnnie Milan.
Cat loves spending her free time traveling, listening to live music, boating, surfing, working out, dancing, or spending quality time with her two children, friends, and family. Not to mention her silly Australian Labradoodle, Forrest. Her favorite things about Denver are the diversity & the culture. She loves the fact that you can ski and sunbathe within a 48-hour period, as well as Denver’s affinity to rally around & supports local businesses. From mountain life to city life, there’s something for everyone on any given day of the week.
Cat took her affection for fashion, a knack for styling friends, and fascination with the world of online selling & started her first e-commerce site in March of 2021. Johnnie Milan is a women’s clothing boutique where you can find on-trend styles, new-to-market brands & unique essentials that keep your closet fresh! Cat’s spirit animal is a manatee because of their generosity, compassion, curiosity, peace & trust. Just like a Manatee, Cat can thrive in both freshwater & saltwater.
Why LxL? Cat is the kind of girl that appreciates simplicity. She loves that permanent jewelry gives you the effortless look with minimal maintenance & the ability to wear it all day every day while it still maintains its radiance! Submerged in Denver’s ‘Women-Owned’ network, she was soon introduced to LINK X LOU & found herself in love with both the brand & the owner. Becoming a Linker for LxL was a dream from the start. Creating a memorable experience with elevated dainty permanent jewelry while simultaneously giving back to their community was something she could get behind. Cat is thrilled to be a Denver Linker & feels so fortunate to be a part of LxL’s story & vision. When we take the company internationally, she will be the first to have her bags packed!
Fun Fact: Cat attended her first Red Rocks concert with her best friend from 8th grade (Meagan) in 2014. They listened to John Legend‘s dreamy voice in the pouring rain, wearing ponchos, sharing one broken umbrella & enjoying every minute of it! She's been to countless concerts since!
